User Experience (UX) design is the process of creating products that provide meaningful, relevant, and enjoyable experiences to users. In web design, UX design covers information architecture, user flows, wireframing, usability testing, and the overall journey from first visit to conversion. Good UX design reduces friction, guides users toward goals, and increases customer satisfaction. UX design is distinct from UI design, which focuses on the visual interface.
